08/18 - I received a tip that there will be scenes shot in a bed-and-breakfast. Source: Ask Ausiello @ TV Guide 08/09 - One child's constant visits are noted by a nurse. A patient cancels his surgery and leaves without informing his surprised doctor. Taylor, a patient suffering seizures, undergoes brain surgery with only hesitant support from his wife. But the results, while not fatal, are horrific. Two foster parents are met with suspicion. The staff attempts to show another patient what can result after unneeded surgery. Source: SpoilerFix.com

Some More Spoilers:
09/30 - Actor Eric Dane ("X-Men: The Last Stand", "Gideon's Crossing") will join the cast of ABC's critically acclaimed, award-winning series "Grey's Anatomy." Dane, who first appeared on the series last season in the episode entitled "Yesterday," continues his role as plastic surgeon Dr. Mark Sloan, a.k.a. "McSteamy." Source: ABC 09/16 - McDreamy's sister will be played by Embeth Davidtz. Source: TV Guide Podcast 09/14 - We're going to meet one of Derek's sisters early in the season and her presence will instantly drive a wedge between recently reunited lovahs Derek and Meredith. According to my spy, Derek's sib will sneak into his trailer and make herself comfy in his bed — all while her bro is taking a shower. Naturally, a naked Derek steps out of the shower and discovers his sis in the sack at the precise moment Meredith walks in. Meredith assumes he's McCheating on her with the mystery hottie out and flees before Derek has a chance to explain. Source: Ask Ausiello @ TV Guide 08/02 - Dempsey is either kidding or wishful-thinking. He already knows "Grey's" will resolve the long-suffering love triangle -- a source of annoyance for many fans -- in the first three episodes of its third season. That's why Dempsey was relieved when last season's finale put McDreamy and Meredith back in the sack. Source: Chicago Sun-Times 07/01 - [Chris O'Donnell] is in talks to increase his Season 3 episode order from two to six. Source: Ask Ausiello @ TV Guide
